Signature Bank has been closed by the New York State Department of Financial Services. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has since been appointed as receiver and has transferred all deposits of Signature Bank to Signature Bridge Bank, N.A., a full service bank that will be operated by the FDIC.
Please make note of the following:
- – If you have a Signature USD account, it is still possible to send and receive USD payments through Signature’s SIGNET payment system and it is still possible to send and receive USD payments by wire although we have observed some delays.
- – If you do not have a Signature USD account or access to SIGNET, we can accept wires via Customers Bank and also have access to their CBIT™ instant settlement platform for instant USD settlements.
- – Your BlockFills representative can provide you with Customers Bank wire instructions.
To be clear, BlockFills maintains several strong banking relationships and will continue to diversify those relationships, and our settlements remain unaffected. All BlockFills trading systems and related operations are fully functional.
